The Executive Board acts as the daily management and is overall responsible for the results and the development of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group.

The Executive Board consists of Group CEO and Partner Nils Smedegaard Andersen together with Thomas Thune Andersen, Claus V. Hemmingsen, Eivind Kolding, Søren Skou and Søren Thorup Sørensen.
